Cute Daddy

I just had to post this picture. Jeff really tries to interact with Leah and be a good daddy. It makes my heart melt.

Haloween party

This was the Halloween party that was put on by the ward. It was decked out with a haunted house that scared even me, a huge bonfire and booths up the wazoo. It was great fun. William liked the paint ball booth that they had and Leah liked the fishing booth. I was dressed as a bunny. Sorry, no pic. =)

Pumpkin Patch

Yes, I know that this is way way late and yes I suck at blogging. This pic explains itself, really. The day was fun and the kids got some pretty good pumpkins to carve.

Fall time is beautiful here

Here are my handsome, cutie boys dressed in fall colors. Autumn is gorgeous here! Stay tuned for pictures of the vibrant colors of the trees!!! We love you and miss you all!!

Will's pic

William really wanted to take a picture, so I had to bend down so my head didn't get chopped off.

Leah loves anything PINK!

I know that it is very typical of girls to like pink, but Leah absolutely loves anything pink. She seems to notice everything that is pink. She is my feminine little thing.

Random pics

I know, another strange picture. I just randomly picked one and didn't know which one it would be. Here, Leah and I were having fun with the camera.

Leah's freaky mask

We are feeling cheap this year and have decided to use this picture from the cover of Jeff's scouting magazine for Leah's Halloween costume this year. We shouldn't get as much teeth rotting candy that way. Of course I am just kidding. This was just for kicks and the shock factor for you. Very funny, huh?

Our new home

This is our new, cute home in Arlington, Washington. It is so so beautiful up here. I will have to post some more pictures of all the sites up here. For now, here are some photos of our home. We are all moved in and it really is cozy and fun. Our kids love it.
We went to church today and everyone there was so nice. I think that we are going to enjoy putting out roots down here. We love all of you!!!

The kitchen

The kitchen is a really nice area for entertaining. We are excited to make some new friends and have them over for dinner.

The living room. =)

We got all our furniture set up thanks to Jeff's Mom, sister and brother in law. I think that it all goes very well.

I love my new soaking tub!! The kids are haveing fun here climbing in and out of it.

Our bedroom

This is our cute master bedroom. It is nice and spacious and as you can see the kids love playing hide and seek! So many new places to hide!

Wow, have we been up to a lot lately. We have a lot going on and much more coming up soon. It is good that I can say that we are enjoying each moment and staying present. I have really come to see that enjoying right now is what matters most and really focusing in on the thing that is happening at this moment and making it truly honored, because now is all we have. (And isn't it great that I am doing this right now?) =) I think that this blogging thing is a great way to stay in better contact. Anyways, now I can focus on some cool stuff that has happened in the recent past and let ya'll know about it. Leah and William started school last week. It has been kind of emotional because I feel like I am just starting to send them out into the world. I know that this is the only way that they will learn and grow, but it is still pulls on the heart strings. Here is Will at his first day of preschool! He was pretty excited and he said he made a new friend named Zac. His teacher is awesome, and it makes me a little sad that he won't be staying with her. Leah likes being in kindergarten. She was pretty upset about a little boy that tried to lift up her dress. She also wrapped up a whole bunch of pencils to give all her little girlfriend in her class. She is funny.
We also bought a new little dirt bike for the kids and us of course. We have been having fun riding it up and down our dirt road. The kids are a little timid to go fast, but we romp on it when the kids ride on our laps. It really has been a good thing to play with to add some last minute fun to our summer and warm weather.
Jeff also took off on a week long motorcyle trip up the west through California, Oregon, Washington, then down through Montana and Idaho. He will be home tomorrow. He as had a couple of promising interviews in Oregon and Washinton. He is also talking with Logan on Tuesday and I have a feeling something will happen with that. We will see. It is all very exciting and I know that we will end up where we need to be. I love all of you. Life is good.

Love, Jules

Love to the Family

I love all of you guys so much! I feel really sentimental right now and I just want you to know that you are so important to me. I am glad that mom is here now and that we have this time with her. I have come to a realization that I really just need to live in the present more than anything. I am learning to forgive myself and in turn forgive others as well. Like I learned from the book "A New Earth" by Ekart Tolle, all I have is the moment. I am ready to live this way. I would recommend this book to all of you. I know that it is an Oprah recommendation, but don't let that persuade you, let me persuade you. Anyway, I am so glad that we have this opportunity to get closer to one another. Dad, you are such a great man and I am glad that I have you to look up to as a hard worker in the in life. Mom, I know that you love all of us so much and I am glad that we accept each other and are friends. Andrea, you are my great support when I need a listening ear. I feel a more positive connection with our family through you. Joe, you are such a good example of strength. I am so glad that you live near by. Soon all of us will be closer and more able to see each other on a regular basis. I am very excited to have Dad and Mom move back for good so that we can all work together to strengthen the family. I love all of you with all my heart and I am so happy to have a loving family.

Love and Light,
Julie
